GDPR – Information clause

  1. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:
    • Executing the contract or taking actions at the request of the person to whom the contract relates pursuant to Article 6 Item 1 b) GDPR, as well as possible defence against claims or assertion of claims pursuant to Article 6 Item 1 f) GDPR, until the limitation of claims arising from the concluded contract determined on the basis of the provisions of the generally applicable law;
    • Accounting and tax settlements pursuant to Article 6, Item 1 c) GDPR for the period of 6 years from the date of executing the contract; and
    • Marketing of own services pursuant to Article 6 Item 1 f) GDPR, until termination of the contract or withdrawing the consent to the processing of personal data.

You have the right to access, rectify, withhold and limit the processing of your data, the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory body, and the right to object in the case of processing data pursuant to Article 6 Item 1 f) GDPR. You also have the right to withhold your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legal compliance of prior data processing.
  3. Providing data is voluntary; however it is required to complete the contract and market our services. Not providing these data will prevent concluding the contract as well as marketing of the Administrator’s services. Providing data to the extent specified by provisions of the generally applicable law, and especially tax law, is mandatory.
  4. The recipients of your personal data are delivery companies, hosting providers, external transport companies, advertising agencies and factors servicing the Administrator.
