GDPR – Information clause

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, please be informed that:

1. Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Consultingowe ADOB Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Kołodzieja 11, is the Controller of your personal data.

3. The Controller processes your personal data on the basis of:

  • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR in connection with the performance of the contract;
  • Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in connection with the legal obligation incumbent on the Controller;
  • Article 6(1)(f) as necessary for purposes related to legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (e.g. debt collection, pursuing claims in court and out-of-court proceedings, protection of persons and the Controller’s property);

4. Recipients of your personal data will include the Controller’s employees and associates in the area of their official duties based on an authorization, entities cooperating with the Controller while executing the objective under the contract, and entities authorized by law.

5. The Controller installed video surveillance which is used to protect people and property located on the premises of the Company. The recorded image is retained for 14 days.

6. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit the processing or transfer your data, the right to object with regard to personal data the disclosure of which is voluntary, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing which was conducted on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal. The statement of withdrawal of the consent to the processing of personal data must be submitted in writing to the Company’s address.

7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

8. The disclosure of your personal data is mandatory where stipulated by law, and in other cases is voluntary but necessary for purposes related to the performance of the contract.

9. Your personal data will be processed automatically, and will not be subject to profiling.

10. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract of mandate/civil law contract concluded, and thereafter for the period indicated in specific provisions of law.
