Our inhouse Quality Control Department consists of reliable, certified and highly-trained staff. It is equipped with the best analytical equipment, including:

ADOB® is very selective about the raw materials used in our production processes. After all, only high-quality raw materials can be turned into high-quality products. Our raw materials are procured from Polish and foreign producers. We subject these materials to strict quality control in terms of their composition, moisture content, granulometric parameters, solubility and impurities.
Throughout the entire chemical and physical production process, various probes built into the reactors and containers automatically check and verify that the right conditions are maintained. These probes alert the staff in real time about any variation from the pre-set conditions.
Just before bagging the crystalline products, or pouring liquid fertilizers into canisters, a representative sample is analysed to verify that the products comply with our strict specifications, which follow the most up-to-date EU Regulation 2003/2003.
All cationic micronutrients in our fertilisers are 100% chelated. This is verified by determining the amounts of the chelating agents in each batch, in accordance with the PN-EN standard, along with the content of cations. The concentrations of the chelating agents and micronutrients are compared to ascertain that their concentration ratio always equals 1:1.
We also pay special attention to reducing the content of heavy metals to the absolute minimum possible. These tests are carried out using an atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS) equipped with a graphite furnace.
